Leadership

Mr. Ushijima was born in Japan and educated in the United States. He holds a BS in International Business from University of the Pacific, plus an MBA and MRED (Master of Real Estate Development) from the University of Southern California.

 

Mr. Ushijima worked for real estate development and investment companies in the U.S. and Japan for 13 years before founding Susquehanna in 2000. He specializes in strategy,  optimizing operations, navigating variable markets and  financial solutions.

 

Mr. Ushijima has served on the Board of Regents for University of the Pacific. In addition to achieving over 50 worldwide wins in golf, he has been crowned national Mid-Amateur Champion in both Japan and Canada.

Mr. Mork is a pre-IPO merchant banker specializing in corporate strategy. He is President of Millennium Financial based in the United States. He also serves on the board of Roth Capital Partners.

Mr. Mork's experience includes being the lead Wall Street strategy advisor to China Internet since 1995, culminating with the company's subsidiary spin-off IPO of Chinadotcom in 1999.

Mr. Osborn has spent over 15 years in finance with roles in merchant banking, venture capital, pre-IPO, investment banking and mergers and acquisitions. He is a Managing Partner at Millennium Financial.

 

Mr. Osborn uses his finance background to evaluate business investment opportunities, and is an investor himself.

Mr. Osborn is also a champion amateur golfer. He has spent much time in Japan and personally observed the abundant business opportunities there.
